If the package status is not displayed after two days, you can contact customer service for verification and processing.


2. My Suning/Jingdong/YTO package logistics show sign for receipt, but I can't add the package or put it in the warehouse. What should I do?
A: Hello, Suning Parcel, please contact the customer service of Suning Logistics (please note that we are not the customer service of Taobao/Jingdong Suning store!!) Please consult the package number beginning with SN corresponding to the waybill number of this package. This is the correct tracking number used to add the package of Suning. Please make sure that you fill in the tracking number instead of the order number for Jingdong Parcel. If you are unable to add the package after verifying the waybill number, if it is a single piece, please add -1-1- to the end of the waybill number, if it is multiple pieces, you can try adding -1-2- or -2-2-. 3. I have signed for the package in Taobao background, but I do not see the package under the list of "stored" on my public number system, what should I do?
A: Hello, you can click on the package claim in the member center or member home page, enter the correct tracking number to find. Manually claim to add this package to already stored. The possible reasons why the stored package does not automatically show up below your account are: Your membership number is omitted on the package sheet, or the information on the package sheet is blurred due to multiple transfers during transportation, or the Taobao seller removes, covers, asterisks, and the address is too long, so the warehouse staff cannot enter the membership information when scanning your package, and the package cannot be automatically entered into your account. However, it does not affect your application for mailing.


Suggestion: Check whether the address information bar of online shopping is complete and correct, and whether there are repeated street information in provinces and cities, resulting in too long the address can not display the complete address.


4. The bill for my goods has been issued, but I can't pay by Alipay online. Is there any other payment method?

5. The final billed weight of my goods is different from the estimated total weight displayed on the system. What is the reason?

The warehousing weight is only the actual weight of the package, which is only for your reference and not as the basis for billing. The bulk weight and actual weight of the parcel will be strictly measured and charged after the goods are packed. 1). International express volume weight calculation method: length X width X height ÷5000= kg (length unit is cm).


For example: the actual weight is 5KG, the size is 45 length, 35 width and 31 cm high, that is, the volume weight is: 45X35X31÷5000=9.76KG, the billing weight is 10KG, and the decimal point needs to be carried.


2). International special line: Air/rail/sea parcel volume weight calculation method is: length X width X height ÷6000=KG kg (length unit is cm);


For example: the actual weight is 6KG, the size is 45 length, 35 width and 31 cm high, that is, the volume weight is: 45X35X31÷6000=8.14KG, the billing weight is 9KG, and the decimal point needs to be carried.




6. How to mail the package, what is the operation process of the public number?

7. My domestic parcel logistics shows that the delivery failed, what should I do?

8. The seller sent the wrong goods or do not want to, but the seller has shipped domestic express refuse, return, need to take photos inspection how to do?
1). About rejection: We can't refuse to sign, because most couriers scan and sign at the door of the warehouse and leave directly. We can only enter the system later, and the entry system will know the situation of this rejection, and the express has signed by default at this time. It can only be processed as returns. 2). Photo inspection: If all the items that need to be photographed are selected when applying for mailing, the item list number remarks need to be photographed for inspection, and the warehouse staff will take photos and provide them after receiving the packaging request. If you need to return the parcel, you need to send the tracking number + pick-up code + remarks member number one day in advance, inform our colleagues one day in advance, find out the goods in advance, and pick up the parcel during working hours! If the warehouse needs to arrange the return, we will arrange the return on Saturday, and the freight will be prepaid.


9. I received my package and found that there are fewer pieces, what should I do?

If there is still no information about missing packages after you confirm with the shipper, please contact our customer service for feedback. Please note that the feedback time for your question must be within two days of the package signing


10. If I want to send sensitive goods and ordinary goods at the same time, how can I apply for mailing?
A: Hello, you can send sensitive goods and ordinary goods separately: sea bags are not general sensitive goods, other sea and air channels separately select the corresponding invoice number. Please note that sensitive goods cannot be added to regular goods and are misdeclared packages.


11. Can I ship fragile packages like monitors? If possible, after the parcel is sent to the warehouse in Shenzhen, can you ask for help to unpack and inspect the goods?

Therefore, the warehouse is not responsible for quality problems. 12. Can I add multiple packages for mailing at the same time? When packing my package, will the warehouse unpack multiple packages and combine them together?
A: Hello, yes, you can add multiple packages in one order at a time. If you choose to unpack when adding a package, the background warehouse will help you unpack the outer packaging of the package and combine multiple packages in one or more cartons. Please note that unpacking is only to remove the outer box of the package and pack all the items inside. If you need to take out an item separately for processing, please comment in detail. 13. I have already paid the freight, why hasn't the goods been delivered yet?
A: Hello, except Sunday and public holidays, the warehouse is fixed to ship at around 16 o 'clock every day. If you submit your payment at 15pm or later, you will have to wait until the next business day to ship. As a simple example, if you pay for shipping after 16:30 on Monday night, it will not be shipped until 16:00 on Tuesday.




14. What should I do if I accidentally delay the mail of my application?

18. How long can I keep my package in the warehouse free of charge?
A: Hello, we promise to provide free storage service for all accepted packages up to 180 days (natural days). In addition, the warehouse will be reminded to process packages that have been in storage for more than 360 days. If there is no reply after the deadline, the warehouse will dispose of it.


19. Is it possible to invoice the freight?

20 Why is the weight of my package displayed as 0kg?
A: Hello, please rest assured that as long as the package shows that it has been stored, it means that our warehouse has received your package. In some cases, such as the package is relatively heavy or relatively light (less than 0.1kg), the former is not able to weigh, the latter is not recognized by the storage machine, so it will show "0", which will not affect the final packaging and freight calculation of the package.
